Dry Chemical

Amerex’s dry chemical extinguishers all come with 6-year warranty, a stored pressure design, and feature an all-metal valve construction. The heavy-duty models utilize brass valves, while the light to medium models feature aluminum valves. All of Amerex’s extinguishers are designed to be user-friendly and feature bilingual labels.

Halotron Clean Agent

Halotron extinguishers from Amerex have many of the same features as their dry chemical models but are specifically designed to leave little environmental impact.

The Halotron clean agent has a low global warming potential, low ozone depletion potential, and a short atmospheric lifetime. Moreover, Amerex’s Halotron extinguishing agent is non-conductive, non-corrosive and leaves behind no residue.

Amerex IS System

The Amerex industrial Dry Chemical Fire Suppression System is designed and has been tested to provide fire protection for industrial operations categorized as Local Application (Overhead), Tankside, Total Flooding, Vehicle Paint Spray Booth, and Open Front Paint Spray Booth hazards. It is manufactured by the Amerex Corporation of Trussville, Alabama.
